Our Story

ESON GROUP was founded in Sweden in 2007, specializing in air conditioning and plumbing services. Built on a foundation of technical excellence and professional reliability, we quickly established ourselves as a trusted name in property services.

We expanded our offering with the launch of ESON Services, broadening our scope to include structured property management and maintenance solutions alongside our technical installations.

At the beginning of 2020, our journey brought us to the beautiful island of Mallorca, where we saw the perfect opportunity to apply our Swedish expertise in a new environment. Since arriving on the island, we have grown beyond our original specialization to deliver comprehensive property management, maintenance, and technical services tailored to Mallorca's unique climate and property demands.

In Mallorca, ESON GROUP has also taken an active role in implementing energy efficiency systems, helping property owners reduce energy consumption while improving comfort, sustainability, and long-term value. This reflects our commitment to modern, responsible solutions that combine innovation with practicality.

Today, ESON GROUP stands as a professional property services company, offering everything from air conditioning and plumbing through ESON Installation, to complete property management through ESON Services. A key part of what sets us apart is that more than 90% of all work is carried out by our own dedicated staff. This allows us to maintain full control over quality, accountability, and execution, ensuring every job meets our standards. It is this approach that has helped us build a strong reputation based on trust and reliability—unlike many players in the industry who outsource large portions of their work to subcontractors.
